I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Yogyakarta. First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance, offering a variety of cuisines at reasonable prices. The rooms are equipped with AC, ensuring a comfortable temperature during my stay. The basic amenities provided were also satisfactory, allowing me to have a pleasant and convenient experience.
There was one minor issue during my stay, but overall everything was fine.

Staying next to many tourist locations and within 15 mins walk from Nirboyo Gate. Even the Adisucipto airport was not so far. Prawirotaman neighbourhood was worth exploring. There was a swimming pool on-site.

The room was large. We were happy to find ministry of coffee 500 m away, where we could eat. Decent prices and free WiFi in public areas.
Nothing, all was good.

Rooms lack proper ventilation.

Location is good.
The rooms where very dirty and old. Old glory from the '70. There're much better hotels available with higher quality and a better prices. Don't go if don't have to!

This hotel is the perfect place for people who travel low budget and do not expect too much for their money. The rooms are functional, the pool is nice and you will get free Internet and a good breakfast with eggs and fruit. The staff is very friendly and helpful though not everybody is able to give you the right information about the tourist attractions of Yogjakarta.
We expected the place to be cleaner - it is ok but not perfect. Do not hesitate to ask for toilet paper and insecticide.

Very friendly staff
It is budget accomodation at a mid range price. The non-AC room price not on Booked.net when I looked is OK but the AC room price is almost double and for not a very nice room. A little dirty, spikey springs sticking out the mattress. Not worth the price (and I say this after a month in Indonesia so I know what you can get for that money!)

This guest house is conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and bars, making it a great choice for those looking to explore the local nightlife scene. It is also situated on a quiet road, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. the rooms are spacious and come with amenities such as TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. the breakfast offers a simple yet satisfying selection of fresh fruit, coffee, bread, and jam.
The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves much to be desired. This aspect of the guest house could definitely use some improvement.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the free breakfast which included fresh fruit, bread, and coffee. the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us a lot of useful information about the surrounding area. the hotel was located in a quiet location but still close to many restaurants and shops. I also liked the fact that the hotel had air conditioning in the rooms, which was very useful in the heat.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the shower water pressure was not that strong. the bed was a bit uncomfortable and seemed old.
